Welcome to our gîte Enjoy its warm and calm atmosphere in the Briarde countryside next to Coulommiers. You will enjoy the garden to rest with friends around the trees and birds. This house retains its period charm (beams, stones and tiles). You will have all modern comforts, whether for cooking or relaxing. You will be close to cities (PROVINS, MEAUX, REIMS, PARIS) and tourist attractions (Amusement park, zoo, golf, castles, church) The space The house is an extension of our house but is completely independent. The area is 110 m2 and 2 gardens and 2 terraces. consisting of an entrance with a toilet, on the left an equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction and gas hob, dishwasher and washing machine) with its small covered terrace, on the right the living room with a sofa, a sofa bed, a TV with a Blu-ray player, a box with Canal+, Bein sport and Amazon, fiber Wi-Fi. From the living room you can access the terrace and garden through the bay windows. for slightly cold days, a pellet insert allows you to warm up. a staircase allows you to access the sleeping area consisting of a master suite with a shower room, a toilet, a closet and a double bed, a second bedroom with a double bed and a separate bathroom. You can park on the square or inside the property (one to two spaces depending on the size of the vehicle) Coulommiers is a 10-minute drive away (train station 1 hour from Gare de l'Est, shops 8 km and small grocery store 3.5 km and restaurant). The cottage is 45 minutes from Disney, Vallée Village shopping. Val d'Europe department store. Parrot World and Parc des Félins, 40 minutes from the Nature Village, 30 minutes from Provins, 40 minutes from Meaux (cathedral, museum of the Great War), 50 minutes from the castles of Vaux le vicomte and Blandy les tours. Troyes is 1 hour 20 minutes away, Champagne and its wine route 30 minutes away, and Reims and Épernay 1 hour away. Mountain biking or hiking, fishing, cycling and discovering the local area and regional products. Guest access You are welcome and we will be happy to share part of our house and garden with you. The house of about 450 m² is composed of 2 independent houses and a garden of 500 m² in 2 parts. Your side has a total size of 110 m² with a private back garden of 230 m². There are 2 gardens, 2 terraces to enjoy the sun or shade all day. Tea corner, Breakfast on the terrace, outdoor lounge, barbecue, sun loungers for sunbathing in the middle of trees and birds. You may come across our little chihuahua or guinea pigs in the garden. Romantic stay, family vacation or with friends, everything comes together to make these moments pleasant! Other things to note Bed linen and towels are provided. Shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper accessories only for 2-day stays. Thank you for understanding. Remember to bring a pair of boots, especially for children! When you rent for 2 people, I only prepare one bed. €15 extra per night for 2nd (charming suite bed) pay on site.
