Come and relax at our BEAUTIFUL House on the Arroyo Colorado. The property boasts 2 Private Bedrooms, 1 Bathrooms, Full Kitchen, Includes a BBQ pit, a Lighted Gazebo, 1 Lighted Fishing Pier along with a PRIVE BOAT RAMP, and spectacular views of the arroyo. The space The space Just a 30 minute drive from Valley International Airport and South Padre Island, enjoy breathtaking sunsets on the deck, thrilling moments of speckled trout fishing along with occasional red fish or flounder. The Laguna Atascosa Wildlife Refuge is nearby along with the Adolph Thomae Jr County Park which is just down the street. The Famous Chili Willie's Burgers just down the Road. Bait Stands stands 4 miles down the road. Arroyo City Convenient store also down the road. Everything you need to have a great time. Guest access We provide "Self-Check In". The front door handle has a key box that holds the key to the front door. The codes to the property gate and the key box will be sent to you the morning of your check in. **THERE ARE NO SHARED SPACES.** The entire property which includes the fishing piers and fishing lights and the BBQ Pit are available to our guest. Other things to note CABIN RULES: ***Please note that there is a cleaning fee of $100 that has been added to the total due. This is separate from the cabin rental fee. There is a checkout procedure that you *MUST* follow. 1. Please Place All Wash dirty towels in the Basket Provided in the restroom. 2. Please ensure dishes are washed and left out to dry. 3. Bag trash and take it with you - there is a green trash bin at the end of the driveway next to the road. 4. Return TV and DVD remotes to designated locations. (Missing remotes will result in additional fees of $50 for each) 5. Check-out by 10am ***Due to Covid-19, we will be removing all extra bedding and pillows from our cabin, and taking additional measures in cleaning to maintain the safest environment we possibly can. If you suspect that you have the virus, please contact us to cancel. - Please bring your own fishing gear. - Please do not leave trash bags outside. (The trash bin is located at the end of the driveway next to the road.) -NO Smoking is allowed in the cabin. -Please clean out the barbecue pit after each use if used. -NO animals allowed. -By booking, you are agreeing to abide by our house rules. Ignoring the above rules could result in loss of your security deposit. -Please clean fishing station after each use. -Fishing lights should be turned off after each use and before you leave. -You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. -Exceeding Occupancy will result in automatic Vacate/cancelation with NO REFUND!!
