The apartment sleeps 4 and includes a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining area, bedroom, and bathroom. We have strong wi-fi and a Roku TV preloaded with all the streaming apps (just bring your log-ins) The space The space: The unit has an open concept, which is a mix between a studio and a one-bedroom apartment. The bedroom is a private space with a door at the entrance, but the walls do not extend fully to the ceiling. The common spaces in the building are available for guests to use, including a fitness center, outdoor pool, game room, and small offices for remote work. Steps away on the campus are other businesses to enjoy; - Mill City Kitchen: An award-winning brick-fired pizza restaurant and wine bar -The Foundry; a live music venue -Blochaven; an 18,000 square foot rock climbing gym -Kenny's Golf Club; a virtual golfing space -Events at Judson Mill; a wedding & event venue This unit is family-friendly, just let us know what ages to expect and we will make sure you have the supplies you need. Guest access Guest access: Guests will access the apartment with a code. There will be a key fob that you'll use to get around the campus and access the building. We will send out detailed directions on how to find your apartment, so pay attention to the email when you get it. Upon booking, we ask all guests to fill out a short questionnaire to help us make your stay more personalized. As we are within a larger complex, we ask for this to be completed before your stay for the security of the property and other residents. Guests can park for free outside in one of the campus lots. We do provide a luggage cart to help you get your belongings to your apartment. We do ask that you return the cart to its home by the apartment. Other things to note This unit is owned and operated by High Spirits Overnight, a division of High Spirits Hospitality. Please feel free to reach out to us about the availability of rooms. The apartments are located on an active campus with other residents and commercial tenants close by. There is an event venue adjacent to the apartment, so there may be periodic light noise from events. Quiet time is 11:00 PM. The pool is seasonal, open Memorial Day-Labor Day.
