This property sits on 36 acres and has a gated entry and offers full privacy for guests. Luxurious bathroom offers walk in shower and soaking tub. The open concept kitchen and living area boasts lots of natural light. The front porch has a great sitting area and there is also a fire pit with wonderful views. 28 day max LT The space This home in Gilmer is only 45 minutes from Tyler, and 30 minutes of Longview. This home is within 10 minute drive of Lake Gilmer and within 40-45 minutes of Lake Of the Pines and Lake Fork. Fishing boats can be parked by our barn and batteries can be charged. We are also within 15 minutes of Rowdy Creek Winery in Gilmer and within 35 minutes of Los Pinos Winery in Pittsburg and only 25 minutes from the adorable town of Winnsboro. It is near our MAIN house but there are woods between the two so it is COMPLETELY private. Guests enter at the MAIN gate by main home and then drive through the woods to the guest house. A few snacks and fridge items are included as well as coffee and tea options. No smoking and no vaping anywhere on the property. Guests must be established multiple 5 star guest rated on AirBandB or additional verification will be required. Must be 25 years of age or older to book. If at least 23 years old-can send me a message for approval based on reviews. Initial check in needs to happen between 3-8 pm unless otherwise approved. Guest access Guests are welcome to walk the guest house gravel road and the paved driveway by the main house if they choose. There are some trails throughout the 36 acres but long pants, bug spray, and hiking boots would be needed.
