The space The house has two bedrooms, with beds for 8 people and 5 more mattresses that accommodate more people on the floor. The property is a country house, not a party house. Guest access When renting the house, the guest will have access to the entire structure: patio, kiosk, solar-heated swimming pool, courts, pergola, swings. Other things to note The kiosk has two toilets and an outdoor shower. - No pets allowed. The kennels must be respected, as there are dangerous dogs in them. We rent the outside of the house for parties or gatherings for a maximum of 50 people. In that case, the house is not available. There is an extra fee for parties or gatherings of R$ 800.00 for a daily rate with check-in at 9 a.m. and check-out on the same day at 9 p.m.
