Walk out the front door and make a right. Follow stone pine dr straight until it dead ends. Walk down the 3 steps past the picknick table and out of the wooden gate on the far side. Turn left. Trails start there. Approx 150-200ish yards from front door. SKI: only 27 miles to Sunrise Ski Resort. Perfect balance of being close to town but also close to the slopes. PARKING: Parking rules are strict but parking is available. Please park in the garage and/or directly in front of it. If you are bringing more than 2 vehicles I will provide instructions on where to park the 3rd. The HOA is strict on parking.
