This is a two bedroom apartment, located directly opposite the Landmark Theatre and with sea views over Wildersmouth Beach and the Capstone hill. It is in a fantastic location with all local amenities on your doorstep. The space A stunning, spacious, self-catering, apartment located on Ilfracombe seafront. Located Directly opposite the Landmark Theatre and Wildersmouth Beach. Sleeping up to 6 people, this is a lovely spacious apartment. The apartment is just across the road from Wildersmouth Beach and the famous Landmark Theatre and tourist information centre, as well as Tunnels Beaches, a very popular wedding venue, and of course us walking distance to everything that Ilfracombe has to offer. Access to the apartment is via a lift or stairs if you prefer. Once inside the apartment the long hallway leads to two bedrooms. The first bedroom being a bunk bedroom, with large wardrobe space and bedside table with lamp. The next bedroom along is the master bedroom. Again this has a large wardrobe space, two bedside tables with lamps and a chest of drawers. Further a long the hallway is the bathroom, which has both bath and shower available. Further along the hallway is the bathroom which has both a bath and a shower over the bath with shower screen, sink with mirror above, storage cupboard and heated towel rail. The open plan kitchen, living and dining area is further along the hallway and at the front of the apartment making this a good sized room, great living space and the heart of the apartment. There are 2 sofas consisting of a 3 seater and two 2-seater sofas, one of which is sofa bed.There is a TV on an entertainment unit with Netflix and a digit box with free view channels available. The lounge area has a large soft rug, side tables and lamp. This room has patio windows and doors leading out onto the balcony. The balcony has tables and chairs provided and has lovely views over Wildersmouth beach and the capstone hit. A great place to relax and watch the world go by. In the kitchen, the units house a dishwasher, intergrates fridge and freezer, oven, electric hob and extractor. All cooking items are supplied in abundance for you to enjoy your stay and make self catering easier within the apartment. There are plenty of cupboards for food storage. The whole apartment has under floor heating with thermostats in each room to achieve just the right ambient temperature to make your stay comfortable. There is a private parking space for 1 car on site in the garage, this is suitable for smaller cars only. If this space is not suitable for you, A permit can be applied for through the local council online system to park in the car park directly opposite ( you can see it from the balcony) or other nearby car parks at the cost of around £45.00 for the week. This can be applied for in advance of your holiday and information for this will be provided to you on e booking confirmed. The property is suitable for children of all ages and is also suitable for our less able guests. With level access from the car park area to the lift then taking you up to the apartment with all doors level and wide enough for wheelchairs also. Guest access Sole us of Apartment
