The space Enjoy your short or long stay at our townhouse in the lovely village of Rocafort, 6km from Valencia. Our house has all the amenities you will need during your stay and is perfect suited for longer stays or holidays. Very couple, family and Baby friendly - baby crib, highchair, washing machine and event some toys. Great playground, Saturday morning market and all the services walking just a couple minutes away. Guest access You will have our home to yourself! Ground Floor: a complete kitchen with a small breakfast nook (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster etc) , 2 terraces (a sunny one and one facing north - important for hot summers in Spain), a half bathroom. Huge, bright living room. Big TV, Internet, WIFI, Chromecast, dvd/cdplayer etc. Also enjoy your meals (you can cook or order) at our big dining table (seating up to 10). First Floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Main bedroom is huge with kingsize bed (please be aware that it's composed of two matresses), some space to relax/read or fit a baby cradle (that we provide) and ensuite bathroom with big walk in shower. 2 more bedrooms: Each with a 190*90 bed. All bedrooms are sunny with outside views, air condition and closet space for you. The house has 3 floors, on the first one you find the kitchen, living room, 1 bathroom and 2 terrraces. Second floor is where the bedrooms are and 2 bathrooms . Third floor is an small attic but closed since we keep there our stuff. You can enjoy the terraces during the whole year, have a glass of wine, eat outside or just work on your tan! Other things to note Baby friendly house. Very nice playground and green open spaces around the corner. For couples and families looking for the opportunity to visit Valencia and surroundings and at the same time have a quiet place with private terraces to rest and enjoy the spanish way of living.
