La Maison Souche is a former dovecote located in the Lille countryside, in the heart of the Mélantois trails. Bright, comfortable, newly renovated and perfectly equipped, Maison Souche will satisfy your relaxing and professional stays with peace of mind. The birch trunks, the raw wood and the many garden plantations will give you the impression of living close to nature, while being only a few minutes from the main roads, metro... The space Measuring 45 m², the Maison-Souche consists of: - a LIVING ROOM with a sitting area with a sofa, a work area or dining area, a new fitted kitchen (fridge, 2-burner stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, all the necessary dishes), - A LARGE BEDROOM with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), pillows, sheets and duvet, 2 large walk-in closets and a small living room, - A BATHROOM with hydromassage shower, sink, towels, storage, and separate toilet, - A private, south-facing, and illuminated terrace. GOOD TO KNOW: We recommend using this accommodation for 2 or 3 people max. However, it is still possible to accommodate 4 people by extending the sofa bed to provide 2 additional very comfortable sleeping places. However, please note that the double sofa bed makes this living room feel smaller. All the windows in the house are fitted with thick velvet curtains and/or electric blinds for perfect privacy. The TREEHOUSE overlooks the garden that we share. We are nearby and available, and we will be able to accommodate your requests. Guest access In TOTAL INDEPENDENCE, you will have access to the common garden, your terrace, (games room with pinball machines and optional darts game) Access to the accommodation and our garden is strictly limited to people who have made the reservation (the accommodation is a private place where we live). Parking your vehicle is free and safe on the street in front of the property.
