La Maison Souche is a former dovecote located in the Lille countryside, in the heart of the Mélantois trails. Bright, comfortable, newly renovated and perfectly equipped, Maison Souche will satisfy your relaxing and professional stays with peace of mind. The birch trunks, the raw wood and the many garden plantations will give you the impression of living close to nature, while being only a few minutes from the main roads, metro... The space With an area of 45 m2, the Maison-Souche consists of: - a LIVING ROOM with lounge with bench, space to work or dining area, new equipped kitchen (fridge, 2 stovetops, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, all the necessary dishes), - a LARGE BEDROOM with queen-size bed (160 x 200), pillows, sheets and duvet, 2 large closets and small living room, - a BATHROOM with hydro-massage shower, vanity, towels, storage, with separate toilet, - a private terrace, facing south, and lit. GOOD TO KNOW: 1 or 2 extra beds are possible in the living room (the bench becomes a bed very easily). All the windows of the house are covered with thick velvet curtains and/or electric blinds for perfect privacy. The MAISON-SOUCHE overlooks the garden that we share. Close and available, we will be able to accommodate your requests. Guest access In TOTAL INDEPENDENCE, you will have access to the common garden, your terrace, (games room with pinball and optional darts) Access to the accommodation and our garden is strictly limited to those who made the reservation (the home is a private place where we reside). Parking your vehicle is possible on the property. Other things to note At your disposal - free access to fiber optic Wi-Fi - TV connected to the orange TV in the living room - selection of books and magazines - guide produced by us to discover the walks, activities and must-see places nearby. ODOR, a 5-year-old beagle who loves cuddles, is the guardian of our living space. We'll make sure his presence is as discreet as possible.
