This 4 bedroom house is ideal if you want to escape and relax in the Galway countryside, it also offers the perfect getaway if you want to explore Galway City (30 mins drive) or it is a wonderful starting point for visiting The Wild Atlantic Way, The Cliffs of Moher (1hr 30 mins drive) and Cong (40 mins drive) The space The house is located in the peaceful countryside, just a 3-minute drive from the local village, Abbeyknockmoy. In the village, you'll find a variety of convenient shops, including a deli, post office, pharmacy, ATM, takeaway, and a playground. There's also a local doctor available should you need any medical assistance. Welcome to Nature's Lodge, a newly renovated home designed for comfort and modern living. The house comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests across 4 bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms feature double beds, while the fourth has a single bed. The house includes two bathrooms: the main bathroom, located downstairs, features a large walk-in shower. The second bathroom is an ensuite, attached to one of the upstairs bedrooms, and includes a toilet and washbasin. Nature's Lodge spans 2,000 square feet (180 square meters) and benefits from the latest insulation technologies. Please note that the house can become quite warm if the radiators are left on when not needed. Each radiator is equipped with its own control switch for easy adjustment. The house is set up primarily for family stays, I try to ensure it is respected and maintained to a high standard for all guests. The house has a no parties, smoking or pets policy. As per Airbnb's policy a party is defined as a gathering that disturbs neighbours, involves excessive noise, or includes people who are not listed in the booking. Any additional guests would be a breach of house rules and in such cases, I reserve the right to ask all guests to leave the house immediately. I've made every effort to provide an accurate description of the property to ensure there are no surprises upon your arrival. Guest access Guest have their own large secured drive, parking and Garden. You will enter the house using a lockbox. Entire house is yours to enjoy. Other things to note We want to ensure that your stay is both comfortable and safe. Please keep the following in mind during your stay: MIND THE STEPS: When entering or leaving the house and bathroom, please be mindful of the steps to avoid any accidents. BATHROOM ETIQUETTE: Please use the floor mat provided exiting the shower to help prevent slips and to keep the floor dry. CLEANING PRODUCTS: All cleaning products are stored in the utility room, out of reach of children. SAFETY EQUIPMENT: For your safety the fire extinguisher and first aid kit are located in the utility as well. DINING: The Kitchen includes a dining table with seating for 4 and a breakfast bar that seats 2. There is also a lovely patio area with granite table and bench seating for 9, perfect for enjoying nicer weather. WIFI: The WiFi here is mainly intended for entertainment purposes, such as streaming TV or using Alexa, rather than for work. Since we are in a rural area, the connection can be spotty and may not be ideal for work tasks that require a stable or fast internet connection.
