Description
Spend the night "outside," get up when it gets light or later, hear the raindrops patter - feel nature in a protected and warm place. Sleep, live, be, switch off, enjoy and forget the fast-paced world in a small space. We try to provide you with a sustainable stay. We produce our own solar energy and firewood. Arriving by public transport is easy. From Zurich main station in 2 hours 25 minutes to the yurt. The space The yurt is simple and cozy, decorated without frills. A large double bed awaits you, an old wooden table with chairs, a small cooking facility, a French press, a small fridge, electricity and light. In the stable there is a toilet with washing facilities. A simple outdoor shower is available. Fill the camping shower bag with water and it will warm up in the sun. The yurt is minimally insulated with wool felt and has a wood-burning stove and a small electric heater. There is a fan for summer. In the middle of summer, it can get very warm in the yurt during the day. Then we recommend that you stay outside or do something. You can get the water yourself at the faucet in the stable. On a hearty wooden terrace you can enjoy the sun and the atmosphere in Tavanasa. They take sustainable holidays with us with modest comfort. Other things to note The yurt is in the valley floor. This means that from November 1 November to 10 February, there is no sun at the yurt! So it can get very cold in Tavanasa. The yurt is located below the RhB railway line on our farm, which is operated according to organic guidelines. Work is done here and there are various animals. So it can sometimes moo, make noise, smell or be dusty - pure country life - without kitsch and without clinical cleanliness.
