Just a short drive from Great American Ballpark, Paul Brown Stadium, and the Cincinnati Museum Center. You'll have the run of both homes, including an on-site washers and dryers, and ample street parking. The space House: After entering your unique code into the digital smart lock, you'll walk directly into the newly remodeled kitchen, followed by the half bath and the carpeted front room with a dining table, 2 sofas, and brand new 55 inch 4K UHD HDR Roku TV with Chromecast. The newly remodeled fully furnished kitchen includes a dishwasher, full electric range, and microwave. On the second floor are the two bedrooms, both furnished with Queen size beds, and the full bath. You'll also have access to the covered front porch and rear deck to enjoy sitting outside when the weather is nice. Apartment: After entering your unique code into the digital smart lock, you'll walk into the front room with a dining table, sofa, and brand new 50 inch 4K UHD HDR Smart Android TV with Chromecast. The fully furnished kitchen comes next with ample cabinet storage, and stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. It includes a full electric range and microwave. At the back of the apartment is the bedroom, furnished with brand new cherry hardwood furniture and a Queen size bed. You'll also have access to two covered porches to enjoy sitting outside when the weather is nice. High speed 500Mbps wifi is available throughout both properties. Guest access We offer free parking in the rear of the property in a shared gravel lot. There is room for 2 vehicles, parked in the right two spaces of the lot, leaving the other spaces for the neighbors unblocked. The driveway is tight so please be careful as you enter and exit! This is a shared driveway so please don't leave your car parked in the driveway where it would block the free access of the neighbors. Other things to note These properties have 142 years of charm. And while the space has been updated, be aware that there are some sloping and uneven floors, as you might expect with a house that has seen so many generations. We are pet-friendly and may not be a great fit for guests who are sensitive to pets. Please do not unplug any of the network devices in the home.
