Other things to note As the property is located centrally there are excellent surrounding transport links. As the house is on a busy street; as a result some guests may experience vehicular traffic noises. The property has on street parking in Zone J, however this has permit only restrictions between 8am to 10pm on all days. Zone J parking is on Wiggenhall Road (the house is on this street) and 5 more streets behind (St James Rd, Liverpool Ed, Cardiff Rd, Clifton Rd, and Westbury Rd). There is no designated parking, and despite six streets available for parking, it can be challenging to find an available parking spot, especially during evenings and weekends. There is paid parking available nearby 0.3 miles away if you need it. Here is a link below to one of the paid car parks. There are few other paid parking within 0.6 miles vicinity such as CitiPark, Exchange Road, Watford, WD18 0PL - is less than 5 minutes walking distance. We can provide parking for 1 vehicle. If you are bringing additional vehicles then please utilize paid parking nearby or use parking in Zone J outside the restricted hours. For stays longer than 2 weeks, we will schedule a mid-stay cleaning at an additional cost basis every 2 weeks after check in. Our regular price is £195 but we give heavily discounted mid-stay price of £145 as it is in all interest to have the property fully clean/linen changed at frequent intervals. We will request this payment through Airbnb payment system.
