Spruce Lane Cottage - Winnipeg Beach!

Welcome to Spruce Cottage! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful vacation getaway. Looking for an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city? Rest assured; this is the place you are looking for! Spruce Cottage is a 4 season 1500 sqft, 4 bedroom cottage, is a 5 min walk to the north end of provincial park/beach/boardwalk and is located near Salty's restaurant for tasty food and ice cream. It is also walking distance to the tennis courts, play structures and marina. The space The kitchen, dining room and sitting room is a bright open space with knotty-pine vaulted ceilings. there is another entertainment room for the kids to play in with games, puzzles and a smart tv or jut to sit back and reflect on the day at the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, coffee maker , toaster, microwave and BBQ utensils, just bring your food and don't forget the marshmallows. Note there is a fire extinguisher under sink. Master bedroom features comfortable Queen mattress with a pack'n play provided. 2nd bedroom features a Queen bed 3rd bedroom has two twin beds with access only thru master bedroom 4th bedroom has a double bed The bathroom has a shower only and towels are provided for use in the cottage. Bring your own toiletries and beach towels. A first aid kit is also located in vanity. The back of cottage has parking for 2 vehicles and the side of cottage has the BBQ for your use. However, the front deck is where you want to be with chairs for relaxing with your morning coffee or sitting at the fire table in the evening with a glass of wine. The area in front of the cottage includes a firepit table and four chairs that are exclusively for you own use. Your entertainment is yours to deicide! Over 50 DVDs, as well as puzzles, board games and books. Live bands on Saturday evenings(summer) at the boardwalk and manly little shops to explores, including coffee shops, pizza places and ice cream. We are pet friendly, we just ask that you ensure puppy presents are picked up and that you don't leave your pet outside while you are at the beach. Please note we are NOT a party place and age limits may apply. Booking Guest ID will be checked and booking guest must remain on the property the entire stay. ie Booking guest cannot book for younger ppl and leave. Guest access Winnipeg beach is a vibrant and adorable beach town with plenty of restaurants, swimming, shops and fishing spots. A guest guide will be provided in the cottage with a list of local amenities, restaurants, and things to do during stay. The boardwalk is only 1.5 blocks away and overlooks the lake and has access for unsupervised swimming as well. A short 10 min walk along the water will bring you to the provincial park beach, which is supervised, and the pavilion where there is live bands on Saturday evenings (summer). There is parking at the back of residence which is accessed from the back lane and has a backdoor to conveniently carry your things in. The front door has the keypad for access.
