Wifi Also available if needed: a bed, chair and playpen. ~ An apartment of the villa, independent and visually separated, can discreetly be occupied by the owners, on the lower floor. RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: An apartment of the villa located on the lower floor and independent and visually separated, can occasionally and discreetly be occupied by the owners. 1/SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit of €2,000 will be paid by check or, in the absence of a check, in cash upon check-in; - It consists of an amount of €2000 - relating to damage and/or deterioration of movable and immovable property - of which €100 is intended to cover the cleaning costs in the absence of return of the accommodation in perfect condition of cleanliness and/or small material damage). It will be returned on the day of departure. 2/ GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS This villa is not an impersonal rental product. It is a main residential residence and the following rules of use must be respected: Tenants undertake to - systematically close all the shutters of the villa during each absence. - respect the calm of the place. - return the villa in the condition in which it was rented. - respect the expected number of 6 beds. In accordance with the security deposit, tenants: - Will maintain the rented accommodation and return it in a good state of cleanliness. An inventory will be made on the day of arrival and the day of departure. - Will be liable for any damage, deterioration and losses that may occur during the term of the contract. The owner may claim their repair or replacement values. - In the event of an unexpected breakdown of electrical or electronic devices, a repairman will be called upon as soon as possible, without this leading to any reduction in the rental price. - Tenants will not be able to exercise any recourse against the owner in case of theft and deterioration in the rented premises. - They must be able to prove the purchase of civil liability insurance for the damage caused by them to the premises they occupy, as well as to third parties if necessary. In the event of a dispute for the execution hereof, the undersigned parties agree that the competent court will be that of Ajaccio.
