This is the perfect space if you are looking for something close to multiple boat launches (Rotary Park launch and Veterans Memorial launch), beaches, restaurants and convenience store. WHAT IS THE HOUSE LIKE? **Primary Bedroom: Cal King bed, 32" Smart TV, Two Nightstands with lamps w/USB charging ports, Lighted Ceiling Fan, Closet, 5-Drawer Chest, En-Suite Bathroom with separate Shower and Soaking Tub **Secondary Bedroom: Two Twin-XL Beds that can easily be enjoined and converted into a King bed if requested, 24" Smart TV, One Nightstand with lamp, Lighted Ceiling Fan, Closet, 5-Drawer Chest, full length mirror (**NOTE the room has Two Twin-XL's *OR* King sized bed - you tell me which you prefer!) **Living Room: 55" Smart TV, Sofa Sleeper has a Queen memory foam mattress, Coffee Table, End Table with lamp, Lighted Ceiling Fan, Multiple Games for your entertainment **Dining Area: Writing Desk, Two Stools at Kitchen Bar, Lighted Ceiling Fan **Kitchen: In-Kitchen Dining Table that seats six. Also included is nearly anything you can think of, such as cutlery, utensils, plates, glasses, wine glasses, plastic ware, blender, crock pot, toaster oven etc.... including an assortment of spices for those who like home cooked meals and a dual-coffee pot with drip feature and K-cup **Both Bathrooms have ample amount of towels and wash cloths, including black wash cloths specifically for removing make up. WHAT ABOUT THE OUTSIDE?? There is a covered patio with table and chairs for dining al-fresco, as well as a gas firepit for your enjoyment. There is also a 4-burner gas grill with a side burner. There is a corn-hole game in the garage that you can bring out and use as well. There will be beach towels available for your use at no charge, and additional items such as a heavy duty beach wagon, chairs, umbrella and cooler included in the Deluxe Beach Package with a refundable deposit. WHAT ABOUT SMOKING?? Absolutely no smoking inside the house, however smoking is permitted outside. If you smoke on the covered patio, please ensure all windows and door is shut so that smoke does not get in the house. PET POLICY: If you are bringing a dog/dogs you must add that to your reservation when booking. It can be found just below number of people. Dogs are always welcome with approval and there is a $100 fee for up to 2 dogs. **Dogs are not permitted to be left alone in the house unless they are house trained, any 'accidents' or damages will result in additional fees. ** The yard is fully fenced, and there is also a dog run on the side yard you can use if needed. Dog bowls, beds and poop bags will be provided. Please try and keep your dog off the furniture, however, if they are used to being on the furniture please keep them on the (provided) pet blankets. Any necessary additional cleaning of furniture (such as shampooing or deep cleaning to remove pet smells) as well as necessity of filling in holes will result in additional charges. If you are traveling with a pet and find any holes on the property or fence line please take a photo and send in immediately after check-in or we will assume it is your pets. Guest access You will have full access to the entire property, including the two car garage. There is one storage cabinet in the garage that is locked off for owner's personal belongings, and one housing the Deluxe Beach Package you can access with a $75 refundable deposit. Other things to note **The neighbor has a dog that will announce your arrival to his people, as dogs do. Once you are behind our fence and out of his sight he will quiet down after a few minutes. ** **There is a motion sensor camera recording device located on the front corner of the house facing towards the gate and street, as well as one on the opposite corner near the exterior of the kitchen door facing away from the house, towards the garage. ** **Because our home is located in the desert near the Colorado River, local insects are part of the natural landscape. We do everything possible—regular pest control, sealing, and cleaning—to keep them out, but it’s still possible to see a bug from time to time. Most guests don’t mind, but we want to be upfront and make sure expectations are clear.**
