Across the street from the park located in the historical district of Tifton. Quiet evenings enjoyed from the porch. Downtown is south on Love Ave a couple of blocks away. Nice dining and shopping. Every 2nd Saturday Tifton has food trucks and Live music 🎶 in the heart of downtown. Walmart market, Dollar General, McDonald's, Zaxby's, Wendy's, and Subway are north less than a mile on Tift Ave. Parking is just steps away from the front door. This Cozy cottage is located in the back yard of another historical home with its own access from the alley so coming and going is easy.
