The space Casita Dagat, one of Casitas De Amante's two private casitas for rent, is a 2BR + 1T&B fully air-conditioned tiny vacation home located in Laiya, Batangas. It can comfortably fit 6 adults + 1 small child (0-6yo) sharing bed with parents. If you have a +1, and only a +1 because they really wanna come, we'd be happy to accommodate them as special arrangement. Just let us know in advance so we can set it up for you. Another plus is we're not beachfront, which means you can totally decide how to spend your days - Want to swim? Subject to availability and advance endorsement, we offer endorsed day tour access to our partner resorts Club Laiya and Virgin Beach Resort for a separate fee. **NOTE: DM first to inquire on your target day tour date/s before placing your booking. Day tour slots are subject to availability and not guaranteed. Advance reservation and payment are required.** Want to try other beaches? This is totally up to you. Feel free to choose your own adventure along the coast. Want to do something sporty? Laiya Adventure Park is a 10min drive away. A must-try for those who want to do something else. Want to practice your Masterchef skills? We have a fully functional tiny kitchen where you can cook to your heart's content. Want to eat without cooking? We'll connect you to a nearby restaurant for meals pre-order and delivery to the casita for a hassle-free stay. You can also head out to dine in and soak up that chill beach town energy, without having to worry about packing away and washing the dishes afterwards. Want to just sit and do nothing? Our cozy bedrooms, PLDT Fibr wifi, smart TV with built-in features, various books and board games, and private backyard can help you there. Still not enough? We have a therapist that can be pre-booked for a relaxing home massage session to complete your stay. Most of all, if booked in conjunction with Casita Kalikasan right next door, our occupancy allows for a bit more people and space, perfect for small families and groups of friends wanting their own beach hideaway. We value personal space, so our casitas are thoughtfully designed to be functional, intentional, and very much livable for us and our guests. Guest access Entire casita and its on-hand amenities Other things to note Email correspondence is required to secure the add-ons, village gate pass, and reminders. Otherwise, main communication line will be via Airbnb. We require a Security Deposit of Php 2,000.00 per casita, which is refundable if no damage or loss is assessed in the property during/after your stay. This may be given in cash or Gcash prior to arrival. Pueblo De Laiya is a small village accessible by a short patch of rough road from the highway. If it’s raining when you arrive, or if there’s been rain the past few days, this road may be muddy. For sanitary reasons, bring your own towels, beach towels, personal toiletries, and personal medicines. Basic essentials other than these will be provided, but top ups will be c/o Guests. No towels can be provided. We're proud of our blazingly fast internet, but third world power outages (scheduled and unscheduled) and random internet anomalies do happen which are beyond our control. If that’s the case, only Smart signal is accessible in the village for backup data use. There is poor Globe signal inside. Clean as you go. There will be insect spray, trash bags, and cleaning materials for your use, but do bring extra if you’re especially OC like us. A village gate pass with the complete guest list is needed prior to entry. Outside or undeclared guests will not be allowed. Our friendly staff lives in the Laiya area, and can be contacted if you need any help. As we're not always there, they will handle your check-in and check-out process per the agreed schedules.
