The space Spacious 3 BR, 2-bath private, modern, single level home! This incredible location features LVP floors, fully equipped kitchen w/ stainless steel appliances, a quiet dishwasher, dining/living/kitchen area that the whole family will enjoy, high speed internet, and in house laundry. Enjoy all the natural light from the windows or pull the shades to get some sleep. The space can comfortably sleep 6 and easily accommodate an infant in the pack-n-play. Bedrooms 1 & 2 have queen beds, smart TVs, closets, custom climate control and share a hall bathroom. The dining/workspace area features a large granite island with stool seating and a dining table. The large master bedroom suite has a king bed, smart TV, custom climate control, attached bathroom with a shower, laundry and large walk-in closet to hang all your clothes. Pack-n-play and baby chair are available upon request. Please ask for them at the time of booking. Guest access The neighborhood is walking & biking friendly. It is a quiet, residential neighborhood. You will have exclusive access to this property during your stay. Other things to note Our property is ideal for a peaceful relaxing stay and is centrally located for exploring the local beaches. Parties, gatherings, or celebrations that create excessive noise are not allowed at this property. Please be mindful of noise past 10 p.m. due to the proximity of our neighbors and that the noise easily amplifies. Smoking. Our home is non-smoking OF ANY KIND! If it is found that there was smoking in the home, it will result in an additional cleaning charge of $500. Evidence can include physical or smell and is at iUgo's discretion. Alcoholic consumption IS PROHIBITED for any guest(s) under the age of 21. Lawn Care. We have a professional landscaper who comes on a scheduled basis. It should not disrupt your visit but know it will occasionally occur when guests are present, normally on Fridays. Garbage pickup is on Wednesday mornings. A member of the iUgo team will take care of this for you. Please deposit all trash & recycling in the cans on site. **This is an ideal location for those military members executing a PCS move, waiting for that new home to be built or in the area for a short time and need a longer-term all-inclusive place to stay but do not want a conventional hotel experience.
