Guest access The guest will have access to all the property except the garage and upstair attic. It is required for every adult to send a copy of their ID in order to access the community gate. Other things to note It is required for every adult guest to send a copy of an ID, in order to get through the security guard of the community. The villa also features a diesel backup generator that switches on automatically, so you won’t even notice any power outages.
