Quirky, light-filled home

Are you looking for a quirky house with lots of light & character? Lovely home with unique open plan layout (the house is triangular), vaulted ceilings and all the mod-cons. Sleep in, go for a walk along the creek, spend a lazy afternoon on the sofa, and cook dinner with fresh garden produce before heading out to funkyPreston for a coctail. Public transport, shopping, cinema and parklands all in walking distance. Trendy Brunswick, Thornbury and Preston are a 10-minute drive away. The space My home is warm and welcoming with a great sense of light and space. It has the best of both worlds: a secluded feel in a quiet street with parks just round the corner and the bustle of Melbourne's trendy inner north just a quick drive away. The living and dining area have sun all day; there's a comfy sofa and the world's thickest flocati if you like to lounge. I love cooking, so the kitchen is quite well set up (induction cooking, dishwasher, microwave, lots of pots & pans etc.). The pantry is fully stocked - just replace what you use. There are also cook books for inspiration. The study has lots of books, an external monitor and sturdy internet. It's quiet and a good space to work or read. The bathroom has a washing machine and a rain shower big enough for two. The bedroom is quiet and shadowed by a large oak tree. Blinds for added privacy and wardrobe space. The little garden has just been planted, but the veggie boxes are prolific, so please help yourself to herbs and any produce that is currently growing. There is also a very hungry worm farm for your kitchen peels. Guest access You'll have the entire place to yourself. The driveway is shared with my lovely neighbour.
