20 + yrs our home was a ranch where buffalo and llamas roamed. Now we have transitioned it into a home to share in lovely, rural, Dripping Springs. We enjoy the comfort and privacy of our Texas landscape and hope that you do too. The space Our property consists of 13 acres including a seasonal creek in the back. Our land is the essence of the Hill Country of Texas with rolling hills, peaceful views, and lots of rocks, cactus, and Texas wildlife. Our llamas like it too! Guest access Guests are welcome to explore the property and will have access to the two bedrooms, baths, living room, dining area, full kitchen and laundry. We have excellent WIFI for wifi cell service and streaming. Other things to note Our water is well water. Which means it has a higher mineral count. We recommend you use the drinking water we supply (two 5 gallon drums in the kitchen) for drinking, and for making tea and coffee. The faucet water is absolutely fine for cooking and bathing.
