We are in the heart of Menlyn Maine, directly opposite the basement parking entrance of The Capital, Trilogy. The property has one family section consisting of a double & a single room all with one lockable door & a shared bathroom with a shower (can be booked separately as budget rooms); an Exec & std king room, std queen room & a queen spa room. Entire house: R5000, includes barman, own supplies. We have 6 rooms in total spread across two floors, upstairs has 3 bedrooms all ensuite, and a funky living area serviced by an equally funky styled balcony featuring bin bag loungers etc. The upstairs living area is regularly serviced with clean cookery, a tray of expensive collector's glasses, coffee mugs, an expresso machine with coffee tablets, milk rusks & some cereal. Downstairs features a deluxe king room, ensuite. And a family section comprising a double room and a single room - these rooms have separate lockable doors, and the entire section also has another lockable door, making it suitable for parents & a child or a parent with an older child of opposite sex or just a group of 3 friends. This entire section shares a bathroom with a shower in. Downstairs naturally leads itself to the very wide patio, with 3 sections. 1. The Bar. The bar is self service, mainly meant for a group that books out the whole house. We provide a barman (mixologist) for cocktails etc. for R1000 per night, he doubles up as the DJ. We can also provide additional butlers at R500 each. Full pricing below. Note that under this arrangement you provide everything required for the bar as under the guidance of the mixologist. 2. The Lapa. The Lapa features a 6 seater patio table with 2 additional ottomans. We provide charcoal and firelighters for guests that book the entire house for an intimate event. Upon request, again for those that book the entire house, we can light up a fire on the lapa fire place on a cold night. The patio is maintained dim for ambiance by a dim light nob next to the switch for the light. The entire area is scattered of candles everywhere around the garden. 3. The Jacuzzi. The extreme end of the patio boasts a 7 seater full function jacuzzi with a water lighting multicolor rotating illuminator. The patio is quite vegetative which in a way provides partial cover between those in the jacuzzi and the rest of the patio. The lighting in the area is sufficient dim as adjusted by the light regulating nob. The house takes a maximum of 12 people and we charge, the following if booked directly: - R4000 for accommodation + braaiing charcoal - R5000 accommodation + braaiing charcoal + mixologist/DJ - R6000 accommodation + braaiing charcoal + mixologist/DJ + two butlers - R7000 accommodation + braaiing charcoal + mixologist/DJ + two butlers + chef.
