Family friendly holiday cottage with pool, Vendée

Le Cottage Bleu in Lairoux, Vendée, is the perfect peaceful getaway for families. With two spacious bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, and cozy living room, there's plenty of room for everyone to unwind. Outside, enjoy a private terrace with BBQ, lovely garden, and large (10x5 m) private pool. Just a short drive to the beach, under 20 minutes ! The space Le Cottage Bleu is set on one level and is suitable for families and people with limited mobility, but not for guests using a wheelchair. The lounge, dining area and kitchen are all open plan, with the two bedrooms set to one side and the shower room on the opposite side. One bedroom has a king sized bed, wardrobe, side tables and drawers. The second bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe and side drawers. A cot and highchair can be provided if required. Outside, there is a table with dining chairs and a parasol. The pool area is set in the garden and is surrounded by flower borders and lawns. There are sunloungers around the pool and the area is not overlooked by any neighbouring houses. Parking is off-road and the cottage is on one side of a courtyard, with the owner's house on the opposite side. Please be aware that the owners may have a friendly Pembroke Welsh Corgi on the premises. Family dogs are welcome and the cottage is open all year. The swimming pool is open from May until the end of September and naturally warmed by the Vendée sun. Guest access Le Cottage Bleu is an independant 2 bedroom house, with a shared parking area and garden. The swimming pool is for an exclusive use of travellers.
