The Balcony of Valdeón - Picos de Europa

LA BALCONADA DE VALDEÓN is located in the town of Prada a few meters from Posada de Valdeón, the capital of the valley and within the Picos de Europa National Park. This house belonged to our grandparents Baudilio and Estilita. After a restoration carried out in 2022, the house is adapted to our times with all kinds of services needed to enjoy nature with tranquility and observe the spectacular landscapes offered by the Valdeón Valley. The space The house is 180 m2 and has three floors and a beautiful balcony overlooking the mountains. On the first floor we have a living room/kitchen with a bar where we can eat and a wood fireplace, a living room with a wooden table, a full bathroom and a laundry room. On the second floor we have three bedrooms with double beds and a full bathroom as well as a small living room with a terrace which houses a sofa bed for one person. The third attic floor has a large living room with three sofas, bookcase, TV, double bedroom and a full bathroom as well as access to the outdoor balcony-terrace. Outside, right in front of the house, we can enjoy a 70 m2 garden with a barbecue, sun loungers, a hammock and a pergola with seats and a table.
