Located in Canal San Bovo, our spacious apartment on the mezzanine floor is the perfect base for those seeking the right balance between the convenience of the city center and the absolute peace of a quiet street away from traffic. Designed to comfortably accommodate families or groups of friends The space • Living Area: A cozy living room and a fully equipped eat-in kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator with freezer and 3 drawers). • Small Daily Luxuries: You'll find everything you need for perfect breakfasts: Nespresso machine, kettle, and toaster. • Sleeping area: Three large bedrooms. Upon request, we can add a crib or an extra single bed in one of the double bedrooms. • Outdoor: A large panoramic balcony where you can enjoy a cup of coffee while admiring the surrounding peaks. 🐾 Your Four-Legged Friends We are a pet-friendly property! Your pets are welcome for a small surcharge of €20 per stay for each pet. Note: We kindly ask you to let us know the breed/size prior to booking (we do not accept extra-large sizes). For their safety and to ensure respect for the property, pets cannot be left alone in the apartment. 🏔️ Experiences and Adventures in Vanoi and Primiero The Vanoi Valley is a paradise for those who love unspoiled nature. To ensure a pleasant and safe stay for everyone: • 🚭 No smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the premises. • 🚫 No Parties: No parties or events are allowed. • 👥 Guests: For insurance reasons, it is not possible to accommodate more guests than the number specified in the booking. Other things to note Pets fee of 20 euros per person per stay (two animals will pay 40 euros per stay). However, we ask that you be notified before booking about the type of animal. We don't accept extra-size dogs. Only rule that they are never left alone in the apartment. Any damages caused must be paid immediately or through insurance. Smoking, no events and parties are not allowed in the house. For insurance reasons, it is not possible to accommodate additional guests beyond those who have booked.
