Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Located at the doorstep to the Pennsylvania Wilds, you'll find everything you need for a pleasant stay. The space A finished apartment converted from a downstairs garage, this space now serves as a comfortable respite for those who are traveling, a home away from home. Natural Light filters through the French Doors into the sitting room. This space joins with the dinette area and full kitchen through an open floor plan. Off of the sitting room you access the bedroom through a set of pocket doors. The bedroom is spacious and includes a large closet. The bathroom is accessed from the kitchen through a single pocket door. The bathroom features a large vanity and a shower stall. Guest access The apartment is located at the rear of the house, accessed by a gravel lane. There you will find a set of French Doors. A lock box is installed at the right of the entrance to the apartment for your convenience. Inside, you will find your apartment key. Other things to note Bar soap and body wash are available in the bathroom for your use. Pull open the top right drawer of the vanity. You will find them tucked away inside along with shaving cream and shampoo. The space saver coffeemaker is a nice 70’s era piece that came with the house. To operate, the spring loaded reservoir pushes up and out by the handle. To replace, by the handle push in and down until the reservoir locks into place. Turn the power switch to the left. If the orange light is not on at this point, tap the switch with your finger until the light is steady on. If the reservoir is not locked into place or the orange light is not on, the coffee maker will fail to operate. Alternately, a french press is available in the cupboard above the coffee maker. Enjoy! Bring your own favorite k-cups! The Famiworths Keurig style coffee maker holds up to 14oz. of water. The water is poured in the top. Notice the door in the back and lift up. Push in on the front blue tab to both open and close the door that reveals where the k-cup is to be placed. The machine will take a bit to heat the water up. On the right hand side, there are two buttons, regular and strong brew. In the black metal basket next to the machine, you have two options. There is a mesh cup to brew loose grounds. There is also a plastic insert designed to hold the k-cup. Enjoy! Tea packets and ground coffee are available for your enjoyment, along with sugar, honey, and creamer. The coffee is located in the cabinet above the coffee maker. The tea, sugar, and honey are located above the work station next to the refrigerator. The creamer is located in the refrigerator. Visiting is often a part of travel. And so, please feel free to visit with friends and family at the apartment during your stay if you would like and even share a meal. Smoking is permitted outside only. Two camp chairs are available in the closet if you would like to sit outside on the property. Please place your garbage in one of the outdoor trash cans located near the garage door at the front of my house. The alarm clock on the night stand in the bedroom has a wireless cell phone charging station on top. At the end of your stay, please place your key back in the key lockbox. Most every neighbor in our neighborhood has a dog which makes it a friendly place to walk your furry companion and strike up a conversation. There is a cot available, suitable for an adult or child, for a third guest. The crib listed is a Graco Pack n Play with full removable bassinet. A service entrance is located inside the apartment which connects to the main house. This will remain locked through the duration of your stay.
