Gunsight Condo ~Summer Rates~

We purchased and updated the Gunsight Condo to use as our getaway home for a few weeks during the year. We loved the location to town, shopping, hiking, dining, church, health clubs and walking distance to the Famous Fountain. The porch mountain views look like a picture postcard! We enjoy it in the morning while leisurely drinking our coffee or in the evening hours eating or entertaining friends. The condo is on the first floor and literally steps from the car and pool area.. very convenient The space The pool and jacuzzi are literally steps away from the front door and provide a great ending to an active day ... total relaxation! Fountain Park is walking distance and provides a beautiful trail and picnic area. The Euro Pizza Cafe has casual dining facing the fountain. Its a hot spot in the area and one of our favorites for breakfast after a hike. Peaks Athletic Club is walking distance and allows short term passes. Great location to the airport, MLB Cactus League Spring Training, Mayo Clinics, Great for Business Travel and the nightlife of Scottsdale and surrounding suburbs. This is our second home in AZ and we have furnished it with quality appliances and amenities. We chose this location because we love all that the valley has to offer. Mayo Clinic is 10 minutes away and the airport is close enough to Uber. It provides us with city living activities, restaurants and shopping opportunities that we don't have living up in the mountains. It's the best of both worlds! Guest access You are renting the entire 1 bedroom/2bath condo with access to a community pool and hot tub. The parking and pool & hot tub are steps from the condo. There is a key pad on the door. The code will be sent the night before or day of your arrival. It’s sent to you after it has been cleaned and checked. We always make sure it’s in pristine condition for our guests. Other things to note We have a short term lease that everyone must fill out and return with a copy of their State I.D. or Drivers License before their stay at the Gunsight Condo. When you book the Gunsight Condo we will ask you for your email address so we may forward the lease to you.
