This is a very spacious 5 bedroom, 3 bath home in Las Vegas that has everything you need to enjoy your time in Nevada This location is PERFECT -15 minute drive to The Strip -19 minutes from Red Rock Canyon -5 minute walk to the Boca Park shopping mall (including Target, a liquor store, and so many restaurants!!) -10 minute walk to Tivoli Village Whether you're looking to lounge by the pool, head to a local golf course, gallivant down the strip, or explore the desert... this space is for you! Bedroom 1 (downstairs): 1 Queen (TV in bedroom) ----- all bedrooms listed below are located upstairs ----- Bedroom 2 (teal accent room) : 1 California King Bedroom 3 (pink and green room): 1 Double Bedroom 4 (cow room) : 1 Queen Bedroom 5 (green jungle room) : 1 Queen and 1 Double Each bed is equipped with a mattress cover, fresh linens, and high quality mattresses to ensure a good nights rest during your stay. The bathrooms come with all the essentials including... -hairdryer -towels -soap -shampoo & conditioner PARTYING, LOUD NOISES/MUSIC is prohibited. We have STRICT quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. Our living room features a Smart TV with access to all major streaming sites, made for you to unwind with your favorite show. We also offer complimentary Wi-Fi for you to enjoy. While you will be near world-famous restaurants, sometimes nothing beats a meal at home with your loved ones. Our kitchen is fully equipped with... The home is listed to fit 10 people, so I did want to make the dining and table situation clear** Don’t worry if you run out of clothes or get a stain, we have a washer and dryer equipped with stain removal supplies, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. THE GARAGE IS NOT ACCESSIBLE TO GUESTS AT ANY POINT IN TIME DURING YOUR STAY. There is parking available outside if need be. You are allowed 3 cars per stay at this location unless you request otherwise. You can park in front of the garage or utilize street parking (please park on the street located near side yard) 20 minutes from the airport If you are looking for luxury and a perfect home, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOME. I own a multitude of businesses, and I'm a firm believer that being open and honest in business is the way to be. With that being said, as your host and I want the expectations to be set when you get there so it's exactly what you're looking for. I've seen other homes get absolutely NIT PICKED by guests and I want to ensure you this home has dings in the trim, the paint isn't perfect, and there are imperfections here and there BUT this home has an extremely homey feel. I want you to book this home if you're easy going, okay with a few imperfections, and looking for an affordable, reasonable, spacious, themed home that has EVERYTHING you need for your stay. I'm only saying this because I've read some reviews on other airbnb listings where people completely NIT PICK every detail of someone's home. There are dings in the trim, the paint isn't perfect, there are some repairs that need done in the house here and there. If you are looking for luxury and perfectness, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOME With this being said, this home is perfect for a group who is looking for a reasonable place to stay during their Las Vegas. ****we currently have one window ordered to be replaced in the bottom floor**** please be advised and aware, house is safe :)
