A Hilltop View - A glamping experience

We are excited to be sharing our beautiful private 25 acre property with you campers! With breathtaking views of the gorgeous New York natural scenery, this is the perfect site to relax and unwind. The small town of Varysburg will give you a glimpse into the quiet life of us locals. If you're looking to unwind and relax, just hangout at the site and you are welcomed with clear open sky's and scenic views as far as your eyes can see. The space This one room rustic cabin is perfect for those that want to experience the outdoors camping with slightly more amenities. Inside the cabin is a queen sized bed that comes with a newly laundered mattress protector. You must supply your own bedding. There is NO electric or running water, 5 gallons of water is provided to wash hands, rinse off dishes, etc... 2 shower solar bags are provided, these bags require the sunlight to heat the water. Solar powered lights are found throughout the cabin and the campsite. There is a fire pit prefect for cooking dinner or making s'mores. We do provide a small amount of fire wood. More can be purchased if desired. Should you want to bring your own propane, we do have a small propane grill available. This will accommodate both the small green canisters and the large 30 pound tanks Guest access Guests have access to the campsite area as well as the pond that sits below the cabin.
