You are booking a room…I repeat you are booking a room, which means I, the host, may or may not be around during your stay. The house itself is in Taylor, Michigan conveniently located near the airport, a shopping mall, restaurants, grocery stores and parks. Downtown detroit is only 15 minute away by car. Guests will have access to a private bedroom, a private bathroom, and a private sitting room equipped with a 43 inch TV. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi and a fully loaded kitchen. The space Bedroom is equipped with a queen sized mattress, a full standing mirror and plenty of storage space. Sitting room is equipped with chairs and a 43 inch TV. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, air fryer, stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and rice cooker. I just ask to not use the porcelain dish set. Guests will have a private bedroom, a private bathroom, and a private sitting room where they can relax and watch TV. The living room is off limits. Please do not sit on the furniture. Please be aware that the house has a security system and the backyard and my office has security cameras that run 24/7. Guest access The side door is preferable. During your stay I’m not that much of a chatty person but i will respond promptly via text messaging. Other things to note If you’re new to Airbnb, here’s something important to know: when you book a private bedroom, you’re not booking the entire home. In most cases, the host lives on the property and may be present during your stay. As your host, I do my best to offer: • Privacy – your room has a functional lock. • Comfort – I keep the space clean, welcoming, and relaxing. • Respectful distance – I tend to stay out of the way, but I’m always happy to chat or help if you need anything. If your preference is to have the entire space to yourself, you may want to consider booking an “entire place” listing or a hotel instead. That way your stay will fully match your expectations.
