Excellent location, one block away you will have 2 supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, a 10-minute walk from the Cathedral, banking area, main stores on Av 9 Oct, Malecón 2000, cafes. Early check in and late check out are permitted with an extra cost and depends on availability. The space The apartment is interior with a separate entrance, located on the 5th floor, it has an elevator for greater comfort, it does not have a view of the street. It is divided in 2 spaces, each one with AC. The bedroom has 1 queen bed, 1 smartTV, closet available, blackout curtains. The living room has 1 sofa bed, board games, American-style kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, coffee maker, blender, water kettle, plates, glasses, cups and basic essentials, bathroom with electric shower for hot water, towels and basic amenities. Guest access The apartment is rented entirely. Other things to note The apartment entrance door has a smart lock, you will be given the code 1 day before your reservation. The building door has a manual (traditional) lock, it is open from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., I will leave a copy of the key inside the apartment for your use during your stay. There is no parking in the building.
