We are a couple who run a cafe called Taco no Makura on Shodoshima Island. Hato is a private rental type of in-law house where my family lives.　 There is no shared space because it is separated by a door with a key. The entrance is also separate.　 You can relax with just the host, or interact if you wish. Let's enjoy each other's pace.　 　 You can't see the sea from the room, but the sea is a 10-second walk away! It is a nice area with beautiful sunsets, and it feels good to take a walk. Located in the heart of Shodoshima, it is convenient for getting around by car. It is an 18-minute walk from Ikeda Port and a 15-minute walk from the nearest bus stop. It may be a little far to walk, but it's a quiet and relaxing location. It is perfect for those who want to stay while experiencing the island lifestyle. Basically, it is for women only, but if you contact us directly, we will also consider accommodating couples and men, so please message us. If you'd like to ask about island life or are thinking of moving here, please feel free to ask. We have small children in our house. I think there are sounds of daily life, but I think that people traveling alone can stay with peace of mind, feeling like they are visiting my home. The space This is a private lodging limited to one group of two people per day. The second person is 3,800 yen. It is cheaper for consecutive nights, so it is recommended for those who want to enjoy the island at a leisurely pace.　 Check-in is from 5 pm to 8 pm due to the host's work.　 Check-out is by 10 am. Luggage can be stored at our shop, Taco no Makura (5-minute walk from the inn) even before check-in. * Except on Sundays Everything is private for guests because it is closed with a lockable door. It is located in an area called Ikeda, between Tsucho-cho and Shodoshima-cho, so it has good access to tourist destinations by car. Tako no Makura is a 5-minute walk. There is parking for one car. Please let us know at the time of booking if you are using it. The back is a mountain, and the front is surrounded by the sea and nature. We have mosquito coils, fly swatters, sprays, mosquito nets, etc. to prevent insects, but it is difficult to completely prevent them. Please make a reservation after understanding this. Guest access You can use half the building during your stay. The lockable door is locked, and the door is used as a partition. We will not enter the guest's accommodation area during your stay, so you can relax and enjoy your stay. Other things to note The room comes with one original Taco no Makura coffee drip pack. Dinner is not included. We provide a light breakfast for an additional 600 yen.
