Welcome to Beachli Cottage, fully renovated in 2023. This warm, character-filled retreat is ideal for families or groups of friends, offering 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and 2,500 sq ft of beautifully designed living space on 1.5 private acres. Enjoy 400 ft of calm, shallow riverfront perfect for swimming, kayaking, and kids. Relax in the sauna, gather around the fire pit, play games indoors or out, and enjoy true privacy—just 5 minutes to town for groceries and essentials. The space Booking Details & House Notes To make the most of our short summer season in July and August—and to ensure a smooth, high-quality guest experience—we accept 7-night bookings from Friday to Friday during this period. If you’re interested in a stay of 10 nights or longer, please send us a message with your requested dates and we’ll be happy to discuss availability. Linens & Towels Bed linens and bath towels are not included by default. However, we’re happy to offer a linen and towel package for your convenience. This includes freshly made beds with white linens, plus bath and beach towels, at $40 per bedroom, upon request. Included regardless are bedspreads, four pillows per bed, hand towels, bath mats, kitchen towels, and dishcloths. Comfort & Climate For warm summer nights, the cottage is fully air-conditioned and also heated by an efficient heat pump, with the added comfort of a gas fireplace for cooler evenings. Property Features & Amenities • Fast, reliable Starlink WiFi • Long, gated driveway with ample parking • Second fridge/freezer in the garage—great for groups • Fully stocked for water fun: life jackets, water noodles, 1 sit-inside kayak, 2 sit-on-top kayaks, a canoe, 2 stand-up paddleboards, and a floating island • Sandy, walk-in river access with a shallow cove—perfect for kids, lounging, and easy swimming before the water deepens • Located in a quiet, friendly stretch of the river, surrounded by long-time cottage owners who welcome respectful guests Thoughtful Extras • Hand soap, shampoo, and body wash provided • Coffee, tea, sugar, and sweeteners included • Two full 5-gallon jugs of drinking water supplied via water cooler (refills easily available locally) Please note: tap water is filtered and UV-treated but not recommended for drinking—the water cooler is provided for your convenience. Garbage & Recycling Weekly city garbage pickup occurs on Mondays. Guests may also take waste to the local dump or home. If leaving waste behind, it must be sorted properly, or the city will not collect it. Detailed instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
