The upstairs has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a living room with TV, a full kitchen, and a large dining and bar area. The walkout basement has 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a media room with projected tv. Outside, the property features a fire pit and BBQ grill, a seasonal pond, and acres of beautiful countryside to explore. Guests will have full access to the house except for one closet and the utility room. By request, guests can access the in-house washer and dryer and a full gym on the property. Our level of interaction is up to you. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival and can call or message us at anytime. We don't live far away if you happen to need anything during your stay. Located on 14 acres in a quiet neighborhood close to Kearney. Less than 4 mi to major shops and 11 mi to I80. Owners live on the same acreage, but far enough away to provide a sense of privacy. Up to 10 parking spaces and room for a travel trailer or recreational vehicle. From the paved highway, guests will travel about 1/2 mile on a gravel drive. Wildlife such as deer, pheasants, coyotes, and ducks are often seen around the property. The extended driveway and neighborhood are great for taking evening or morning walks.
