It's secluded enough to feel like a true getaway, but close enough to town that you're never far from what you need. The space The home spans two levels with plenty of room for groups of up to 14. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a large dining and bar area — a natural spot for the group to gather. The living room opens up to sweeping views of the countryside. Downstairs, the walkout basement has 4 more bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a media room with a projected TV — perfect for movie nights or game days. Outside, a fire pit and BBQ grill are ready for evening cookouts, and a seasonal pond and acres of open land are yours to explore. A nearby gym with a treadmill and free weights is also available upon request. Guest access Guests have full access to the home, with the exception of one closet and the utility room. The on-site washer and dryer and nearby gym are available upon request — just send us a message and we'll get you set up. Other things to note From the paved highway, you'll travel approximately half a mile on a gravel road to reach the property. An $11 per night fee applies for each guest beyond 4. Wildlife including deer, pheasants, coyotes, and ducks are commonly seen on and around the property. The home has two levels connected by interior stairs, and exterior steps lead to the main entrance — worth keeping in mind for guests with limited mobility. Owners live on the same acreage but are far enough away to give guests a full sense of privacy. Exterior security cameras are located on the property.
