The space Welcome to our Sporty Lakeview Ranch—a peaceful getaway offering the best of both worlds: cozy indoor comfort and a variety of outdoor amenities, all tucked in a mature, safe, established neighborhood. Please note: This is a great place to relax and enjoy time together, but it’s not the right spot for parties, events, or large gatherings. Out of respect for our neighbors (and in line with Airbnb’s Community Disturbance Policy), any such activity will be reported. Daytime visitors are welcome with prior approval—just message us the details! Inside, you’ll find a warm, open-concept kitchen flowing into a cozy living room. Bedrooms include a California King, Queen, and custom Twin Bunks with a private office with Fast WiFi—all with TVs for your enjoyment. A Functional Exercise Gym is found in our Sunroom. Outside, enjoy a built-in BBQ, dining pergola, firepit, and games like Bocce and Cornhole under bistro lights. There’s also an EV Charger, a Basketball and Pickleball court, plus gear for Disc Golf, Badminton, and Croquet. Set on a small private scenic lake near Charlotte, this property is perfect for unwinding or playing hard. We’d be honored to host your next memorable stay. Guest access Unique codes provide guest access to Wi-Fi locks on all exterior doors. Free onsite, off-street parking is included. The whole home is your home. Other things to note We take your safety seriously, which is why we have installed security features such as two cameras with motion-activated floodlights located on the outside, southern corners of the house, as well as a Nest doorbell on the front door. These devices record video and audio. We understand that pets are part of many families, so we allow dogs to stay, but we kindly ask that their owners ensure they are "registered" in the guest count and take full responsibility for their care and control. Any excessive pet cleanup or pet damage will be charged directly to the guest to ensure our space stays clean and comfortable for everyone. Please note that if you have allergies or a strong aversion to pet dander or fur, we are dog-friendly, and this space may not be the best fit for you. We want to ensure that all our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
