Nice home in Nesodden

Nesodden at the innermost part of the Oslofjord is a gem of a place, only a ferry ride from Oslo city center and a great starting point for a combination of city trip and beach vacation. In the neighborhood of Hellvik, you can relax in charming and peaceful surroundings - and only a walk to child-friendly sandy beaches.  Nice, newly restored ground floor apartment with private entrance and fully equipped kitchen. From here you have a short walk/bike ride down to the beach and walking/jogging trails along the sea. The bus to the Oslo ferry is 6 minutes away. The space The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine.  Bedrooms: The bedroom has a double bed (160 cm), a large sliding door wardrobe and a smaller work desk. Windows facing nature.  The living room: The living room has a sofa/sofa bed, coffee table, large TV screen with Chromecast, small desk/bench and rowing machine. Windows facing nature. Lighting can be dimmed.  Kitchen/dining area: The kitchen/dining room has a complete kitchen with a fridge + a small freezer, a dishwasher, an oven and induction hobs with a safety lock. Most of the household items are available. Glasses, kettles, coffee maker and press pot, etc. There is also a dining table for 2-4, which can be pulled out if needed for up to approx. 6 people.  Bathrooms:  The large tiled bathroom contains underfloor heating, toilet, shower with glass walls, sink with mirror, washing machine, drying rack and table that can be used as a dressing table.  Hallway: In the hallway there is a cabinet with fire extinguishing equipment and cleaning equipment.  Heating is with underfloor heating, and fixed stoves if needed. There is no need for refrigeration as it does not normally get that hot. Should there still be a need, a fan can be borrowed.   Outdoor area: Outside the front door there is a stone paved area where you can sit outside and possibly grill. Charcoal grill can be borrowed. Bring your own charcoal. Please clean the grill after use! Guest access There is free parking by the house for 1-2 cars.    There is a trampoline that guests can use at their own risk (applies to summer time).  The place is a basement apartment in a detached house where the host family lives, but is not always at home.
