This bright one-bedroom apartment is just five minute walk from the fashionable shops, cafes and restaurants of Wilmslow, with free parking for 1 car. The apartment has a private entrance and benefits from 1.5 bathrooms (2 toilets). The fully equipped kitchen, with new oven and full size fridge freezer, has everything you need to prepare a dinner for your friends or family. The bedroom is air conditioned and a travel cot and a booster chair are available. The lounge has a double sofabed. The space The triple aspect open plan lounge/dinning/kitchen area includes a large new sofa (which is also a king size sofa bed) plus an armchair, coffee table and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, new electric oven, cafetiere, fresh coffee, quality tea and all the basics for cooking (such as oil, and seasoning). We will also provide a welcome 'basket' for breakfast including cereals, eggs, bread, butter and milk (just let us know your preference for dairy/non dairy before arrival). A full bathroom is also located on the first floor. A few steps up a curved stairway leads to the second floor where there is a small double bedroom. Despite its size, it includes a chest of drawers and a large wardrobe under the eves with plenty of hanging space and hangers provided (as well as room for cases and bags). The headroom above the top end of the bed is low. Next to the bedroom is a toilet and basin. All linens and bedding are top quality cotton. We provide shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, as well as cleaning products, an iron and ironing board, a clothes airer. There is a washing machine in the kitchen area. For your convenience, there is a hair dryer, and if you need, a workspace is available either at the dining table or at an occasional table in the lounge area. Please let us know if there is anything else you need. The flat is on the first and second floors so may not be suitable for very young children as it has not been toddler/child proofed. Guest access The apartment is completely self contained with a separate entrance. You will be able to access your key from a safety box on the property. The apartment is not suitable for people with mobility impairments.
