Spacious room in historical Worcester city centre

In the city center,next to Worcester Cathedral, amongst quaint historicTudor buildings,unique little shops,restaurants and pubs. The room is cozy,clean and comfortable,with large TV that is fitted with Fire smart TV,so Netflix,YouTube,TV chanels etc. with headphones if required. I have recently added a floor mattress to accommodate an accompanying guest for a minimal fee. There's a microwave,kettle,tea,coffee and cups in the room. You also have access to a kitchen for free basic breakfast. The space This is a small flat,basic,cozy and clean. A quiet condo/apartment building with friendly residents. Locks are on inside of your room door for peace of mind. Padlock and key on outside of your rooms door. Use your own padlock too if you wish. But no one will go in there while you stay. Your room is comfortable,clean,cozy and quiet. A partial view of nearby Worcester Cathedral from your window (2 windows btw). There's a large Panasonic smart fitted TV, with headphones if required. Tea and coffee making facilities,hair dryer,wardrobe with hangers,chest of drawers and a comfy chair next to the large desk/work space. Also an electric fan for hot summer days/nights. I'm trying to make like a home from home and a hotel room combined. Any request and i'll do my best to accommodate. But I think all bases covered. Im always open to learn and improve though! Guest access You enter the property downstairs from outside via code key. Climb 2 short flights of stairs and ener flat via your door key. Theres a narrow hallway with bathroom to the right and your room at the end. You can access the kitchen by walking through the living room to the right. The only restricted area is my personal bedroom. Lounge area is accessible but not for sitting in. It's all very easy going and not strict so no worries! During your stay Yes,no problem. I will help or give advice if I can. Want guests to feel relaxed and at home. If i'm not around,you can keep in touch by phone call or text and social media app where relevant. Other things to note The living room door may possibly be locked if im away for a long period. But thats ok because you have access to the bathroom always and have drinks and entertainment facilities in your room. If the lounge door not locked feel free to come and go for the kitchen.If you want use real fresh milk from the fridge for tea and coffee,and use fridge to keep your water cool etc.. It's easy here to pop out to the nearby Tesco Express (3-4 mins walk) for random items. You can come and go obviously 24/7. Just respect noise if late at night.
