Just relaxing in this architect's studio renovated with 25m2. The decoration is sober, neat and elegant, embellished with many plants. The studio is on the 5th floor without elevator in a building built at the beginning of the 20th century. The studio is quiet, very bright and mono-oriented West overlooking a heart of island with an unobstructed view. The studio is located 4 min walk (350 m) from the Belleville metro (lines 2 and 11), 7 min walk (450 m) from the Parc des Buttes Chaumont. The space The studio has been designed as a small, calm and relaxing "apartment hotel". Everything has been designed to measure in order to optimize the space as much as possible. The kitchen (3 ml) is opening to the living room and is equipped with an electric induction hob, a mini electric oven, a refrigerator, a wash machine, a sink. A Nespresso coffee maker with capsules, a kettle, a toaster, a citrus press are also at your disposal. The bathroom is very optimized (1.5 m2) and is equipped with a toilet sanibroyeur, a walk-in shower and a sink. A hairdryer, shower gel and towels are at your disposal. The original sofa bed was designed to measure. The bench unfolds to provide a double bed 160 cm wide. Bed linen is available. The mattress is not a bed mattress but a high density foam. A storage space / dressing room is adjacent to the kitchen and will allow you to store your personal effects. For information: the entrance area has not yet been finalized in works. The wall painting and cupboards have not yet been put in place. They will not spoil your stay in any way.
