Home features two kitchens ideal for multiple families or working professionals. Main open kitchen flows into the family room and sunroom and features modern appliances, granite counters, eat in nook, bar area, and fully stocked coffee bar with Nespresso machine. Kitchen is very well stocked! Upstairs kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker with pods and is located off the large primary bedroom creating a private suite with a desk, walk in closet, dresser with mirror, and reclining couch. There is also a private dressing room with full vanity, great for getting ready for a night out or events outside of the bathroom. Upstairs primary bedroom also features king bed with memory foam mattress. Upstairs is completed by a bathroom with two private showers. One shower has a pocket door between the double vanity and other shower. Both showers have heat lamp features. There are three showers with private doors, three vanities and two toilets. Third bedroom has queen sized bed with memory foam mattress. Fourth spacious bedroom has play area with bean bags, 55 inch smart TV, dresser with mirror, two twin over full bunk beds, and two twin beds with varying mattresses for preferred firmness. Living room has hardwood floors, a memory foam queen sized sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, and couch with oversized pillows. Living room flows into the dining room which seats 10 and overlooks the pool patio and wooded views. We provide plenty of bath towels, pool towels, quality bedding, extra pillows, comfortable mattresses, and lots of coffee to make your stay stress free and enjoyable without needing to bring extras. There is a high chair and pack and play available for use at the property. **PLEASE NOTE: The best thing about this home is that it's immersed in nature in the woods on a mountain top surrounded by streams and rivers. This means you may encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood. This includes squirrels, deer, raccoons, mice, spiders, mosquitos, foxes, various bugs, and other creatures. They reside in nature and we have no control over them. We do have pest control, bug traps, citronella candles, and a firepit for nighttime chilling but we do not have any control over their adventures. Sometimes they end up in the pool or in the house. We take care of everything before you arrive. There will be no refunds for Mother nature. There are three security cameras at the outside entrances by the front door, side garage door, and back gate over the grill deck. They record 24/7 video and audio and notify us of motion and sound. They are for security purposes. There are no cameras inside the house. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property.
