Cozy living room with comfortable sofas and a nice fireplace. The equipment is high quality and modern, 55' HD TV, dishwasher, dryer... Two bedrooms and large sofa bed in the living room with very comfortable bedding. Linens and towels are provided. Cleaning included. The decor is thoughtfully styled. The house is semi-detached, typical of the reconstruction of Amiens. It is built of red brick and terracotta tiles. Complete renovation in 2022. Guests will enjoy a large, sunny and quiet flower garden with a sunny 24 m2 wooden terrace. The garden furniture is of quality: deckchairs, umbrella, table and chairs... I plan everything to make your welcome perfect: toilet paper, laundry, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, oil, pepper and salt... and a small gift🙂. For the rest of the stay, it is your responsibility to stock up. There is a small supermarket a 5-minute walk away. PARTIES AND GATHERINGS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. To maintain the peace and quiet of the neighbors, discretion is expected at all times inside and outside. Quiet hours after 10pm 🙂 Guest access You have access to the entire house and garden. You can park the car inside the property. Only one vehicle can remain parked outside during the day on the street which is private, out of respect for the neighbors and their visitors.
