Double sink bathroom with the tub shower surround. Large front yard to throw the ball, play a game of kickball, fly your drone or play competitive game of four square on the driveway. Enjoy a relaxing stroll through the flower gardens. Catch a nap on the double hammock with a view through the mature tree canopies which is nestled right next to a large flowing creek. Guest access Seasonal pool, upstairs family room, kitchen, laundry room. During your stay Host will be available for questions by text or phone during your stay. Host will be available on site part-time. Other things to note The host lives in the home and with a small hyperallergic Brussel Griffon. The newest member is a friendly long hair black cat that spends most of her time outdoors. The host provides all the privacy or interaction the guests desire. Extended stays welcome. Only 1 minute from Highway US 31 so it makes it easy to commute. The cleaning fee/property maintenance fee is for 1-7 nights. An additional payment request for costs will be made for any time over 7 nights at the same rate for 1-7 nights in addition to the first week. This will come as a request for money thru the resolution center. Pet fee $30 is for a 3 night reservation. Additional $15/nightly charge payment request will be made for all additional nights if a exception is made to allow. No pets for extended stays.
