The space We are simple, communal-style lodging set inside of a restored 1922 nun's convent. Unlike other shared listings, you are not renting a room is someone’s private residence. We are a unique, self-catering inn and lodging house offering guests the opportunity to affordably stay in a piece of history and enjoy a one-of-a-kind experience in a home like setting. Many call us Buffalo's best kept secret. Our property features five private guest rooms well-appointed with a peaceful mix of modern and antique furnishings. Guests share an exceptionally clean dormitory style bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, and billiard room. You have complete privacy and can come and go as you please. Everything is here for your use so please make yourself completely at home during your stay with us. Other things to note Guests booking this listing should know the following: Our property has limitations on renting rooms to local guests.  Government issued identification with a home address that is not within Erie County is required.  Exceptions are possible but must be pre-approved. Check-ins are by appointment only and are scheduled between 1:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.  Arrangements can be made for after hour remote check-ins (subject to pre-approval and availability).   Property is not suited for children under the age of 10. We are a self-catering inn.  While common areas are cleaned daily, housekeeping does not service guest rooms during your stay.  The nun’s lived modestly which is reflected in the size of our guest rooms.  We do not allow more than two (2) guests per room, including children. Only our Novitiate (Standard) and Prioress (Deluxe) rooms can comfortably accommodate two (2) people.
