Lovely studio in the center of SPb

The space Cozy bright studio in the city center in a new house with a balcony overlooking the courtyard. There're all the amenities, including TV, DVD, Wi-Fi. In the apartment (32 sq.m.) is an equipped kitchen with utensils, electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine. Comfy king-size bed and pull-out sofa are in the room. A bathroom with a shower. Protected courtyard, around the house is light, the camcorder. Behind the house is a large courtyard, where you will always find a place to park. The house is located on a quiet one-way street. In a few min on foot is the main street of the area with pubic transport and lots of cafes, restaurants, shops (24 hours shop is within 5 min walk). In our house is supermarket "Miratorg" ( 9 a.m. - 23 p.m. open). The nearest metro station is Frunzenskaya (5-7 min walk), not so far from the metro station is the Institute of Technology (15 min.) In 10 min by the metro (Sennaya metro station) are many large shopping complexes with internal parking. In 5-10 min drive are Baltic and Vitebsk train stations and a bit further, in about 15-20 min driving is Moscow train terminal. Sorry, but SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED!!
