The building has a swimming pool. Guest access Important notice for our guests: Our swimming pools will be open during the summer season, approximately from the 15th of June to the 15th of September. Please check before booking. Other things to note 💳 Security deposit and tourist tax: €100 security deposit, charged by card before arrival and refunded after the stay (up to 7 days). Tourist tax: 1.93€ per person per night, payable online before arrival. 📝 Mandatory registration: complete the online registration and send IDs. 🏊 Pool (seasonal only): in 2026, it is already open as of May 10; July and August, and June and September depending on the weather (ask beforehand). 🤫 Rules: no parties. Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. ⏰ Check out by 11 A.M. Delay: €30/hour. 🧹 Basic checkout: dishes washed and garbage in containers.
