This is a 1,200 sqft basement with a private entrance in the foothills of North Ga. Right off I75 close to Calhoun and Dalton. 1.5 hour from Atlanta and 45 mins from Chattanooga, TN. This is a well appointed and updated space. You will hear noises upstairs. People live on the top floor. However, you have complete privacy. Please read the reviews and make your decision, you won't be disappointed. There are 3 mini split air conditioners separate from the main floor. The space Since this unit is a basement, you will hear footsteps as well as daily noises throughout the day. From 8pm to 8am you will hear minimal noises from upstairs. If noise will be an issue, then this stay may not be not be the best option for you. There are 3 mini split air conditioner/ heat units for your own comfort, completely separate from upstairs. Guest access You will have a private, gated entrance leading into your basement apartment. Three interior doors (2 storage spaces and entrance to main house) will remain locked during your stay. Other things to note This home was built in the late 70's and has an intercom system throughout the house. The basement has an intercom and speaker located next to the tv in the living room. This system is not actively recording nor listening and is for display purposes only.
