Coda di Volpe: villa by the sea

A seaside vacation and all-around relaxation! An exclusive and isolated stone villa lying on a cliff in front of a wide beach of fine sand and the turquoise sea of this corner of Sicily. A beach reserved only for you and the owners of the other villas and accessible from the house through a short path: a corner of paradise. A unique place with a large panoramic terrace to admire the romantic sunrises, the red sunsets over the sea, and the starry skies in peace. The space Outside, going up 5 steps, you can access the red terracotta terrace overlooking the sea, on which there are 4 stone benches and Sicilian majolica, an olive tree with another circular bench all around, a large area with deckchairs and sunbeds, a sofa and a dining table for 8 people under the sail. From the terrace in the evening you can illuminate the beach and the sea below. The house has five rooms, plus a kitchen and two bathrooms, and is very bright: 18 openings to the outside, including six doors and French windows. The main entrance is a room with a sea view from which, through a first door, you enter a hallway with three doors to allow entry to a bathroom, with a bathtub and shower, and two double bedrooms, equipped with independent air conditioning, one of which has a sea view. The second door of the entrance room is used to enter the comfortable and equipped kitchen, equipped with air conditioning, with a French window to the barbecue area with a sink. Also from the kitchen you can access the living room with a sofa, TV, wood-burning fireplace, which has three French doors, two on the sea side on the terrace and one on the mountain side on the covered patio. The patio is located at the back of the house and is surrounded by a large garden of citrus and olive trees, for this reason it is the ideal place to have lunch or rest in the hottest hours of the day. From the living room you can access a hallway from which you can enter a second bathroom with a shower and the third double bedroom, equipped with an independent air conditioner, with a French window to the garden. In the house there is a double sofa bed and a pouf that can be converted into a single bed, for other possible guests. Other things to note From the house there is exclusive private access to the small beach below "Coda di Volpe": 15 steps, a very short path of no more than twenty meters, and then the fine sandy beach. Along the path that leads to the sea there is a wooden house with beach equipment available to guests and, right next to the beach, there is a freshwater shower. The shore in front of the house is made of small pebbles and in the sea there are flat rocks. On the right, a few meters away, there is a sand corridor that allows you to easily descend into the water. For those who want an even easier sandy entrance to the sea, 50 meters from the villa there is the large fine sandy beach of Settefrati, accessible from a private gate, adjacent to the private parking lot of the house, reserved for the few villas in the area. Also next to Coda di Volpe (sharing the same main gate), there is Punta a Mare: another delightful residence for rent from the same owner.
