We are located minutes from SUNY Geneseo (15) & Letchworth State Park (19) near waterfalls & wineries (12) & Genesee Country Museum (40). Fishing, boating, cycling, & snow sports are nearby. The Finger Lakes, have local🐟tournaments. Some villages have fireworks, fairs. Explore the lakes & countryside & return to enjoy a spacious kitchen, hot tub, full bath & comfy beds, where you’ll feel right at home. The space This is a two bedroom with a queen bed in one bedroom, a double futon and a couch in the living room, and full size bed in the other bedroom. The hot tub is available all year. We hope you enjoy your stay, tossing a frisbee out front, stargazing from the lawn, or using trails on the state land nearby. Let us know if you want to explore on foot, so we can direct you to the trails that are on our property and not on the neighbors’. To describe the sleeping situation here: We have one bedroom with a queen bed; one bedroom with a double bed; and we have a double futon option and/or a single cot/or couch option in the living room. Do let us know If you would like to use more sleeping arrangements than just the two bedrooms so we can make up a bed or ready the sheets, etc. Guest access You will have access to all the rooms except a utility room for cleaning supplies. If early check-in is being requested, upon approval, a fee will be required: 4pm:$10 3pm:$20 2pm:$30 Fees are required due to our early attention to hot tub balancing and managing the cleaning schedule.
