Quaint Remote mountainside cabin

Kick back and relax in this glamped up but RUSTIC cabin, there is NO running water. There is a (COMPOSTING TOILET). It’s best accessed with a truck or SUV w/4wheel drive (snow tires in the winter). You will love the quietness of this location. Wildlife surrounds the property. You’re away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to what Vermont has to offer. Whether you’re here to ski, sightsee, shop or just relax, there is something for everyone. Wilmington and Mount Snow are a short drive. The space This cabin is small, with an open floor plan. As you enter, the entire space is bright and airy. The living room has a 75” voice activated, smart tv with HDMI cable attached. There is a small covered outdoor porch off the living room, with patio furniture. There are two recliners and a sleep sofa. In the eat in kitchen, there’s an apartment size gas range and refrigerator, a Culligan Water Cooler with Hot, Cold and Room Temperature water. There is NO running water. The antique table has two leafs to easily fit a family. Upstairs in the loft is a full size and queen size bed. There is also an electric fireplace and a tv with Roku. The bath offers a composting toilet (it cannot flush). There is not “running” water. At this time there is a mini water heater for 2-3 minute shower run off and tv pump. The road in and out of the cabin is quite bumpy. It is best to access with a truck or SUV. Towing is at owner expense. Guest access Entire cabin with 20 acres of nature to explore Other things to note The cabin is situated on 10 acres. Directly across the country road is an additional 10 acres for hiking and exploring. A short 1/2 mile or so, but steep walk will bring you to a pristine mountain brook. A great place for a picnic, or kids and dogs to cool off. Please be sure to take out whatever you bring in to this natural area. Please be aware, Wildlife abounds this area. Please wear bright colors when in the woods during hunting seasons.
